Stol Cone · point spacer

The foot part that gives you anchor points as well.

A complete bottom spacer even without the middle part: it holds the bottom reinforcement mesh, sets the concrete cover – and after stripping the formwork, threaded anchor points are waiting in the finished slab. No more blind drilling.

From the foot part to the finished anchor point.

See how a foot part placed on the formwork becomes a finished anchor point: concreting, stripping – and the 4 threaded inserts are already waiting on the underside of the slab. The hanger rod simply screws in.

Drilling blind – or a fixing point planned in advance?

You can't see what runs inside the concrete.

Heating, cooling, water, cables and reinforcement. Anyone drilling into the finished slab afterwards is drilling at random. The Spacer Cone PRO foot part provides a threaded anchor point built on the formwork – the fixing position is decided before concreting.

threaded anchor points – ready to use the moment the formwork is stripped.

Forget drilling into concrete: once the formwork is removed, precise, ready-to-use anchor holes remain in the finished concrete surface where the spacers stood. The hanger rod screws in directly and easily.

The foot part goes on the formwork

The 4 threaded inserts are already built into the PRO foot part – it is placed wherever the design calls for a suspension.

2Reinforcement, concreting

The foot part holds the mesh

It stands between the pipe runs and holds the bottom reinforcement mesh – the inserts are cast into the concrete.

3After stripping
Threaded inserts on the underside of the stripped slab

Ready-made anchor point

The threaded inserts are waiting on the underside of the slab – the hanger rod screws in without drilling.

NO

hit rebar

The insert sits between the legs of the foot part – no rebar in the drill's path.

drilled-through pipe

The foot part stands between the pipe runs – the building services stay intact.

drilling afterwards

The anchor point waits on the concrete surface – no dust, no noise, no lost time.

The foot part on its own

A complete bottom spacer, even without the middle part.

You don't need the whole system to benefit from the foot part.

1

Stand-alone bottom spacer

It sits on the formwork, holds the bottom reinforcement mesh and sets the bottom concrete cover (15–40 mm).

2

With any top spacer

It works with other top reinforcement spacers too – for example a DSL linear spacer – so the point-type middle part is not mandatory. If you do need it, it clicks on in one move.

3

Connectable

With the lamella connection it can be linked to other elements, even to a linear spacer.

Fixing and cable routing

The route is
decided on the drawing.

Heating, cooling, water, cables and reinforcement – everything in the slab is in place before the concrete goes on.

The foot part brings four integrated suspension points and integrated cable routing points. The anchor point is placed before concreting, so later there is no need to search for a safe place to drill.

Which foot part do you need?

The difference is in the foot part.

The surface decides: PRO goes on formwork, ECO on a bedding or insulation layer.
