During the construction of the condominium on Rózsafa Street, we tested the Spacer Cone system in one of the key phases of the structural work. In the middle stage of the project, after completing three floors, we decided to try out the new generation of spacers.
It was particularly noticeable during the concreting processes how much the Spacer Cone contributed to maintaining a consistent slab thickness. The system integrated well with our existing technology, provided precise guidance during leveling, didn’t shift, and was easy to install.
Throughout the project, we gained a lot of insight into the behavior of different spacer systems and acquired valuable experience that will be useful in our future work. The Spacer Cone performed reliably in this environment and proved to be an advantageous solution in several respects.
